METRAC's StaffThe Administrative Assistant supports METRAC's work and acts as a liaison between the organization and community members.
The Executive Director serves as METRAC's key representative to the greater community and leads the organization towards future growth.
The Justice Program Coordinator coordinates projects in METRAC's Community Justice Program.
The Legal Director leads METRAC's Community Justice Program. She develops and delivers legal information trainings and resources on the law's impact on diverse women and children, and she provides a gender-based analysis of the legal system.
The Outreach Director leads METRAC's Outreach and Education Program. She also works with other staff to develop the organization's communication and educational services.
The ReAct Coordinator coordinates Respect in Action: Youth Preventing Violence.
The Safety Director leads METRAC's Community Safety Program. She facilitates Safety Audit Processes and participates in strategic partnerships to promote the safety of women and other marginalized groups.
The Safety Program Assistant supports the Community Safety Program's work.
The THRIVE Contact supports THRIVE, the Multicultural Women's Coalition Against Violence and Oppression.
METRAC's Board of DirectorsThe Board of Directors participates in making key decisions for METRAC and takes a lead role in setting the organization's direction. Its members are active in a variety of METRAC committees, working groups, and community events. METRAC's Board of Directors is made up of 12 to 14 women volunteers.
